Aurora's Great Great Aunt!

We had a very enjoyable day with my sweet Aunt Goldie, age 87.
I was afraid I couldn't see Auntie this summer since my feet wouldn't allow me to drive! But 2 weeks before school, I was able to spend 9 days with Cathy and Aurora. And one of those days we were able to see Auntie Goldie. I cherish every moment with her!
And she enjoyed my little grand daughter...her great, great niece!

Ups and Downs in My Yard!

My yearly volunteer sunflower - with a bumble bee! You can also see my petunias, black-eyed susans, purple cone flower and some of my morning glories!
I had to transplant my peony. It was doing fine until the dang cutter beets got it!
But at least they only chomped on a few of my lilac bush leaves.
And oh, oh, oh...how sweet is THIS car in my driveway?
