as there have been so many things going on lately - but alas, my camera battery is dead and battery charger lost! And silly me can't seem to write anything without pictures! So if by change the charger turns up, I'll get you some images of life with doodles and my sister Rubye Jean. If not, I guess I'll start practicing my writing skills again.

A Pretty Good Spot For Lunch
It's amazing what grows in the crevices of the mountain rocks.
Gallardias carpet the hillsides everywhere you look.
All sorts of wild flowers are blooming like crazy.
Aren't they just so cute? I love the mixture of colors.
And here's our lunch stop - gotta love that red rock!
Those little white speckles between the electrical poles are North America's fastest mammals, the antelope!
More amazing rock/sand flowers.
Little white daisies and the purple is larkspur, one of my favorites.
More gorgeous view out our camper window where we sat and ate lunch. Clear off in the distance, you can see the snow caps of the Big Horn Mountains.
We've had so much rain and snow, it feels like we live in a different world. In recent years, most of this would be almost brown by now.
And here is nature at its best - a creme and green butterfly gathering the nectar from these precious pink flowers. I'd never seen one quite this color before.
How's life? Well, I've been up to much on my feet - so down I go again! They are getting better, just can't push it too much or I get to have more surgery! Okay, doctor! I get the point!
Tomorrow, we meet my sisters Jolene and Rubye Jean in Thermopolis and I just can't wait! We have a girls day planned, and another girls day planned, (including friends and daughters) and a trip to see little doodles!
