'Tis the Season!

Which do you prefer?

We went for a walk today...

through "Two Moon Park". It's a couple miles down by the river. It was only about 20 degrees F, and my foot got dang sore, but it's always good to get out and see what there is so see!

Scott took along his camera. (I did too but my batteries were dead.)

So, here are some white-tail deer we saw running in a distance. Someone had let their dog run loose (supposed to be on a leash, grrr) and they were startled. I love their tails flashing "warning" to all those around them!

Cottonwood trees are a sign of a healthy river, especially ones of all sizes. Here are just a few we saw.

This was one of a few optimists for spring!
And here is our optimisms...awaiting to get back on that river!

Goin' to the Mall...

Michelle and I decided to go to the mall today so she could get her hair cut...Terry gave that to her for a Valentine's present, which is dang cute! Unfortunately, they were booked, so Shell and I decided to grab a bite to eat and then go look at other things she might get for VDay.

Yummy Arby roast beef sandwiches, curly fries and orange julies's!
Michelle enjoyed it...

And so did I!


So, we walked a round, there were all kinds of things on sale for this Hallmark commercialized holiday! She thought this card would be a nice card from Terry!


Oh, and a cute little fuzzy bear might be fun, too!

I liked these DARLING pink dragons! She liked the stuffed bulls and we both liked the heart box because we're sure it's filled with yummy chocolate and you can NEVER go wrong with chocolate! But it seems like something was missing. She searched her soul and decided what she really hopes to get from Terry some day......



I hope so too because I love both Shell and Terry and they are such a great couple!
