Fa-Sol-La a la Last Adventure!

Just look at our oldest sister's face! She looks like she is suspicious of us! I don't know why??!! We finally told her where her boots were...anyway...

The conference continued to be delightful as well as the restaurants we found! Here's our yum-yum face feeding fest at the Grilled Macaroni. Scrumpdeleicious!

We had excellent Italian food, the music was great and of course...we shared a laugh or 2!

And NO...I would NOT share my comfort food! Jill kept asking, she just can't take NO for an answer!
After lunch, we went to the end of the conference and decided to show you how much we learned. Aren't you proud of us?!

Can you figure out which FA-SOL-LA is which?

Our trip home was long and uneventful. We did what all sisters do to pass the time on a long drive when the driver insists on driving slow and doesn't use cruise control. We sang.

Okay, so Sadie got a little distracted and sang the wrong words. She is the ONLY person I know incapable of doing 2 things at once. CinderJilla and I were amazed at how much work it took us to teach her to drive and sing...but she still couldn't drive and talk on the phone, so I had to call and talk to her husband for her...a few times! He understood! So...we're driving along and Sadie starts to have a very hard time seeing out the windshield. Here's what happened.

We finally got to Missoula and stopped at the very first spot to clean our windshield. We stopped at a FULL SERVICE GAS STATION! I didn't know there was such a thing anymore!

Here is the cute young man that scrubbed and scrubbed our windows for us. We gave him a nice tip and Sadie rewarded him with an oatmeal granola crap bar. I warned her that he might get sick-o barf-o from it, but she insisted his stomach was young and the crap would help his bowel movements. Whatev.
After the scrub-a-dub Doll(y) took care of our windshield, we needed PIZZA. We knew it was our LAST SUPPER! It was sorta forked up, but needless to say, it wasn't Flocked!
On our way out the door, before our last hour of driving, Sadie saw a yellow sign on the wall. She didn't read the first paragraph, she only exclaimed that she wasn't more than 2 riders....
and she jumped in! Do you think she had fun? Do you think she needed a DEPENDS when the Manager came out and yelled, "HEY! YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!" and she sweetly replied, "I rode it alone! Please don't get mad at me!"
Ugh. I'm the youngest and feel like I'm the OLDEST! I got us back to the interstate and home! It was late...we were exhausted...you guessed it...more to come tomorrow!

Fa-Sol-La al a Turkey Sisterhood - Day 3

Ahhh, trying to get packed up AND ready at the same time. Poor Jill. She couldn't find her boots. Hmmm. Do you think Sadie and I had anything to do with it?
We're all getting ourselves beautiful for our last day at the conference, and Jill still can't find her boots. Nope. Not in that drawer, either.

Not behind the couch or on the windowsill, either. She even checked the microwave!

Meanwhile, Sadie tries to make coffee...unfortunately, she spilled water down the wall and SPARKS FLEW!!!
Yikers Dee Dikers!
Well, time to finish getting ready. Here's the morning ritual we had to live with!

You'll get a finale of this great event tonight and tomorrow!

Fa-So-La Sisters a la PUNKIN'HEAD - Day 2

So we slept quite well in our fancy pants motel room...and I DID NOT sleep on the floor!
Sadie is putting on her eye lashes.

Jill is putting on her bling...anticipating the day's musical events!

And we spent the morning sharing the mirror...

Having coffee and licorice and yogurt covered pretzels...
But that wasn't good enough for Sadie. So she pulled out all her oatmeal crap. We dealt with it.

And we did NOT have to make our bed because we are the Naughty Naughty TTs!

We headed to the conference. Sitting at the General Session was not the best thing I've sat on my butt for. But there was the drawing and Jill sat in great aniticipation....hoping to receive at least ONE free gift...
But to no avail...we didn't win anything. As a matter of fact, I didn't even remember to get a ticket. It was hopeless. But we got to look at a lot of aging heads...so I guess we are winners, after all. And that is truly the moral of the story. Or is it immoral? I don't know. Ask the Magi. (LMFAO)

Ahhh but wait. We did get the free gift of music...enjoy!

Whew! We were famished after such a session and headed on over to Fuddruckers for some yum yum salad.
Sadie is really a model, and teaches music in her spare time. (LMNOP)

Jill, on the other hand, is also known as CinderJilla because she has to do all our cleaning and work. Hence, she is starving and therefore had to get a BIG salad.

They were pretty big ol' gomma-haunchy, goucho pants, salads!

They scarfed theirs down right off the bat. Don't they seemed pleased with themselves?

Jilly Jill, as seen here, tends to look star-gazed, I'm just happy to finally get my picture taken.
Sadie insisted that she found my twin, the punkin' head and figured no one would notice the difference in this pic....

or this pic...

or this pic...the true punkin' head???
We ROCK to the BEAT of a different drum.
If you think you are confused now, just wait for day 3!

The Fa-Sol-La Sisterhood...Day 1!

This week is the State Music Convention in Great Falls. I traveled part of the way alone, then hooked up with my "sistas". We take on a new roll when we are together...
I am "Eleanor", the youngest (acting). Next is "Jill" the oldest (acting)...the one who is responsible and does it all for us. Finally, on the right is the forgotten child, the middle sister, "Sadie".
We got to our room and Sadie had all kinds of surprises for us (yep, our room has ONE king size bed, one rollaway and one couch. I think it was already pre-decided who got to sleep where!)

Here's Jill with her BLING bag!

And me!

And Sadie!

Jill brought balloons and chocolates!
Here's our FRIENDS FOREVER bracelets (until Saturday, that is!)

My bling loot! Just look at it all! Yes, the package in the top right is DEPENDS. the pink pad says LOL on it...and lots of other goodies!
Sadie brought a book and insisted that I read it. She said it told the most important story that we all needed to know! 10 in the Bed. Hmmm...

I got through a few pages and much to my surprise, here's how it went!

Well!

I guess I get the dang floor!
